If you plan on putting it into your signature, you could start by making it not as wide. But it looks like a web banner, so try putting a border around the right side.

If you want to use that as a signature here, the first step is to make it less wide. It's over the limit. As for ways to actually make it look better, I'm pretty new to Photoshop so hopefully someone else can help you.

I guess it is a web logo, isn't it?. And I think it is very nice. Maybe it just need some sharpening to the 'Final Fantasy' logo, it is a bit blury.
