I used to have a thing about losing weight so I would seriously sit there on a rowing machine half the day and just keep going most I ever did in one sitting was about 5 hours (give or take one I wasn't really keeping track too well) and I fell off after puking up.
40-60 situps, 25 push-ups, 100 star-jumps and a plethora of jumping jacks usually does the trick for me. Walking to work and back every day just doesn't tire me out like it used to.

Why do you guys wear yourselves out to death?Honestly, if you think some muscle tone's going to make you cool, well... it probably is but that's not the point. Walking to work and college is enough for me. I don't need to put in any extra effort.
