All my close girlfriends agree that smaller boobs = slimmer look. Girls with bigger boobs, even if they're petite everywhere else, look bigger and basically thicker than girls with smaller boobs. There are a bunch of looks that girls with Cs and Ds can't pull off simply because they're too top heavy. And even though this is starting to change, girls with flat chests are everything in the fashion world. And by fashion I mean couture fashion, not Victoria Secrets.
