BoB...I will step up this time and run the spin off board....also the reason there is no bitching is because you guys canned the feedback forum...and world events forums. Forums that members loved. Look what you all have done. Where has all the drama gone?

One can argue that Spuuky, not liking the forums, can make it fun by posting en masse about things that interest him.

Spuuky would argue among other things, that such actions do nothing to improve the situation as the problem lies with the new members (and many of the old members he dislikes), thus solving nothing.

He will then go on to argue that PG is speaking on his behalf and he thinks nothing of the like.

Then chinatown ninjas will start breakdancing to polka beats.

The good ones never lead to bans. Just the staff taking shots at each other in LJ, AIM, etc, leading to one or more 'leaving the internet forever'.

Things that haven't been done in a while:

1) Forcing every newbie to use the chocobo avatar.
2) A decent spinoff board.
3) A melodrama over the way EoFF is run.
4) A relatively new member being Knighted.
5) A highly organised election.
6) A new (main, numbered) FF game being released in the English speaking world.
7) An eccentric character registers and isn't a second account. Bring Back General Zod! Newbies these days are too normal. Same goes for most (almost all) of us, to be fair.

At least we have the traditional "omg EoFF is boring :(" thread still going on once every 3-6 months!

But clearly, we need to start a spinoff elitist board leading to a massive bustup in staff and for a bunch of people to walk out and therefore Knight a few more people by way of a highly organised election featuring many eccentric newbies with awesome chocobo avatars who joined because FFXII just got released in the US.

Amusingly enough, Red Wings crashed and burned within the last few days. Something went wonky with the db and I am unable to restore it. I shall probably have to put it all back together again; if you would care to, you can check it out once it is set right. :|

I don't think Red Wings was on the same level as other spinoff boards such as Something?, Aiyon (in it's first era) or Eyes off Final Fantasy. It was more of an LJ spinoff than an EoFF spinoff from what I saw.
