Pretty much. But I'd rank Cloud/Aerith/Tifa second. I don't think Cloud's relationship (s) were anything like 'zomg i love you!1one' like Squall/Rinoa or Tida/Yuna. His relationship with Aerith actually grew from cute flirting and Tifa was his 'childhood friend', so it isn't like either of them just began making out in a glittering ethereal pond like somebody else.
