I believe that is the same lake as the one in the game. But instead of the body being affected it might actually undo the wierd crap in the water, whatever that was. Because it's Aeris, you see, and she's like a 100th level cleric and she can do anything, even when she's dead.
But I was actually more concerned with the fact that the kiddies were drinking water that a body had decomposed in and a weird man had just peed in. THAT was just plain nasty.

I believe its the same river from the game also. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that Aeris was laid to rest there. Who knows.
Think its the only river in the game lol well that gets any attention

I would hope so! What if a river gets attention only because a dead body was dropped in it.If there were more than just that one river/lake that had attention drawn to it, that would mean that no water source would be safe! Personally, I'm happy with just the one lake, thank you very much.
It is the same area Aerith was dropped into. Note the giant clamshell directly aft of the wondertwits.
And it's not a river. It's a pond, perhaps a moat.
