you know i have yet to even play one of these...i know, it's a travesty and i'll get on it....
but dante, from what i know, which isn't much....is a good submarine captain whose judo skills can't be beat
in my eyes it was the best one :]... apart from DMC3.... storyline wise...How can you possibly have liked Dante in the second DMC? He barely talked and plus the game itself made the series go down hill.
and well, Dante was Badass without throwing in any "thrown in" comments (sometimes it ruined it for me in DMC three where Dante would turn all disgaea 2 and though not quite adding in stuff like "Napoleon Bonerhard" at the end of a sentance, but stuff that just doesnt flow that naturally in with the dialouge, okay, you get my point, I am ending this bracket now...).

So I finally got my new Game Informer with Nero on the cover. You know up to this point the game really didn't tickle my fancy, but after looking at the new screenshots and reading the GI article, it's starting to sound really good. Plus I didn't know that it's from the producer of Resident Evil 4 and the original DMC.(kind of missed it in the above article.)

I really did like Dante and its a shame he wont be the lead character once again. But why go and just copy the character design? Thats lazy. But it could be worse, could be a Lucia spin off. I really hated her.

I played this game a bit today. Nero feels a lot like Dante does/did.
Apparently Dante is seen as an enemy. Nero is part of some organization and Dante is out killing his friends. The arm thing is pretty cool. The game is pretty too.

Anywayz, I was almost glad when I heard this. But when I was reading about DMC4 earlier, I thought the picture presented was of Dante. I only recently realized it was this guy. o_O

I wonder if The new hero will have some sorta throwing knife dealy, that was fun.
