How far have you've gotten in jump rope in Final Fantasy IX? I haven't gotten very far I suck at jump rope in real life and I suck at jump rope in the game too...Damn I'm a smurfing loser. *Sigh*

I'm not doing too well there, either. I usually mess up at the 21st jump when the game gets faster. I think the most I've ever got is a bit more than 100 jumps.

i got enough to get the genji armour card but i couldn't really be bothered to get all the way up to 1000. it would take ages and a lot of tries and id need to rest because my fingers would eventually start aching and the prizes aren't that great if i remember correctly. the cards are good.

what are the prizes and how many jumps to you need for each one?

20 jumps: 10 Gil
50 jumps: Cactuar Card
100 jumps: Genji Card
200 jumps: Alexandria Card
300 jumps: Tiger Racket Card
1000 jumps: King of Jump Rope

im doing the perfect file right now minus excalibur 2 at the moment im about to go in ipsens castle, i suppose ill have to do skipping then if this is gonna be perfect the most ive ever got is around 500

Most I've ever got is 274 I think, took like 40 attempts but I still couldn't get the Tiger Raquet... On that note, is that a card or an actual weapon? I've heard both, but I've never heard a definite answer.

It's the card. You can only get the weapon from the dive spot by Quan's Dwelling. I've never got more than 202 jumps. I've equalled it many times, but never got higher.

Oh and I didn't do it alone. I made my sister press the other buttom while I pressed another. Teamwork baby.
