Well, some people do consider obesity 'creepy'. Don't ask me why. I just order a cheeseburger and start scarfin' it down in front of them and watch 'em squirm. Behold the POWER OF THE #2 COMBO... SUPER-SIZED!!!!!haha ok tough guy. when i said ff8 is creepy, i dont mean im scared to play the game. i'm playing the game right now as i'm typing. i just beat NORG.
Okay, I can see you're point about Edea (secretly lost cousin to Morticia Addams. (Snap-Snap). But the flower field? That wasn't creepy, that gay. That was so gay, gay people gagged.i'm just saying, ff8 is a creepy game. just look at edea all pale. i remember this one part, after the promise squall makes with rinoa at the flower field...
For me, the scene is more sad, not creepy. The item... what the hell am I supposed to with-! Oh. Summon something. Ok. The song... Yeah, I guess kinda creepy. Almost Silent Hill in a way.and your on your way out to leave edea's house, you see her just standing there by the doorway like a frikking ghost and she gives you an item. and dont tell me you didnt find that song a little bit creepy.
i mean, theyre like singing in the most ghostliest voice ever.
You gave me an idea Jimmy. This Halloween, I'm going tell a ghost story of evil Sorceress Edea with the music playing in the background to kids... hee hee hee... ha ha ha ha... MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA! Hey, it's okay, I'm evil, I can do that.
Actually I was asking the Church Lady (infamous character from SNL fame)to say what Ifrit looked like, and that would beeeee "SATAN"!i found ifrit actually pretty cool looking. i have no idea how ifrit looks like a church lady.(look up Church Lady on Youtube, you youngsters you!)
It was exagerration of how you described the witches and all that being creepy. It sounded like you were genuinely scared or creeped-out. I found that hilariously hard to believe. Kinda like that time I sat down for lunch with that ditzy 'rich-girl' that was freaked out about me eating with my hands.i dont understand why i should be afraid of the word "fantasy" in final fantasy. i like fantasy type of stories. and i have played IV, and i didnt find it that creepy. but those dolls were actually kind of scary. and obviously, you get creeped out too since you mentioned that those dolls are creepy and the faceless dwarves. if you werent creeped out by them, than you wouldnt find them creepy to mention. so please dont be like "are you really that easily creeped out??" when your no different.
I was kinda creeped out by the dolls, because I knew about Calberena. Plus the time "Puppet Master" was new in theatres. LOL (Ah, memories).
But I digress, I wasn't afraid of the dwarves, they remind me of Orko from Masters of the Universe. I was just using them as a joking reference.
I'm DEFINITELY NOT saying you should be afraid. I didn't understand why you should be. But now I understand you were just experssing you interpretation of the 'atmosphere' of the events in the game. Just givin' ya hard time Jimmy. Kinda like the lady that has a phobia of... Mustard.
Yeah, believe it or not. You don't wanna be cruel and scare her with a mustard packet, but it's just so damn, irresitably easy.![]()
