    Black, Silver and Blue.

And although black may not be technically a colour, it still officially is and is recognised as a colour. People trying to be smart and bringing up that its a shade or whatnot all the time make me laugh..

Sorry, but those pigments aren't black, because black is by definition the lack of light. They're all dark greens, blues, greys, and purples. The closest that comes to 'true black' is india ink.

We did a lab once last year in chem that took a bunch of markers and traced them across filter paper. Most of them were grey and green/purple/bruisey looking, but one of them was totally rainbow xD
I didn't say the pigments were black, I said black contained pigment. If a person lacks pigmentation, they will be an albino. Their hair an skin is white. White being produced without colour mattering, is therefore not a colour. Black hair however, cannot be produced without pigment. If black wasn't a colour, that wouldn't be the case.

An because you're in a room lit with purely red light, does that mean the colour green has turned black, or you're perceiving it to be black. You're perceiving it to be black.

actually it has pigment in it which we perceive to be green.....but it is black because our light receptors arent pickin up any colour from the pigment as there is no light bein absorbed.....

    I don't really have a particular favourite.
