I had a ham, cheese, and cucumber sandwhich, with mayonnaise. It's good stuff - my fave kind of savory sammich in fact. Sweet sammiches are best when PBJ are the applicable letters.
A dairy milk.
Strawberry banana smoothie. Tasty and nutritious, indeed.
