why does it automatically close itself? when i press ctrl-alt-delete it show s a bit then closes

Do you have an up-to-date virus scanner? If not, you should get one right away (like AVG free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-free ). Certain viruses can cause that behavior. There could be another cause, but make sure your computer is clean from viruses first.
