Posting nudity, even though a warning is given, is not acceptable, and it looks like the only reason you posted that screenshot was to show nudity. You've been warned about posting inappropriate photos before, and even though, as Jus_Like_Rikku!! so eloquently put it, they contain no "parts", consider yourself lucky to escape with a warning, but next time you won't be so so fortunate.
Anyway, as for the model viewer, this forum isn't a help forum for unlicensed programs so you're on your own with that one.
