Level and party used 2 complete game

I am lvl 50 (i know i need to be higher) and against Tiamet he keeps killing me really quick but could i ask what lvl and party were people using when they completed the game???

60 ish will do ive always liked using zidane,vivi,steiner and dagger but im playing the game right now im just about to enter memoria, this time im using zidane,dagger,freya and amarant, i dont really think it matters what team you use theyre all capable of winning the game as long as theyre high enough

yeah just over level 60 with someone that can cast curaga and you should beat the game fine. your at a lower level than me when i fought tiamat so just level up and make sure your using the right strategy. its been a long time but if i remember correctly, tiamat will use sneeze against anyone in float and eliminate them from the battle.

Zidane, Vivi, Eiko, and either Freya or Quina. Usually 50s or 60s.

My first time I used Zidane, Vivi, Garnet, and Steiner and I was probly 55-60 or so.

i think timat snorts you if you plain attack him or magic i can't remember but i think it is attack

amarants useful because of his aura skill which cast auto life and regen. if you want a party with good attack as well as defence and healing, zidane, garnet/eiko, amarant and freya is one of the best teams but i used zidane, garnet, vivi and amarant.

In memoria in the Tiamat fight I used:
Garnet: Lvl 47
Vivi: lvl 53
Eiko: lvl 28
Freya: lvl 55

Quite random levels but that was because I hardly leveled some characters.

Lv44-48 for others, 54 for Zidane.

Don't use physical attacks on Tiamat, he will blow you away. Keep using skills with massive damage(magic is preferred) and he will be down in no time.

To let you prepare for the later ones, don't equip return magic when fighting Kraken. He casts Waterga often and it heals him.

As for Lich, just keep up your HP.

I had Zidane (stupid answer) Steiner, Amarant and Vivi.
Zidane was umm... (When i fought Kuja he was 62 so...)
I think he was 54-58... Steiner was 34, Amrant 50 and Vivi 40.
I kept using Vivi's and Steiners Swrd.magic. (Its very powerful u kno?) and Amarant threw things around.

Zidane, Dagger, Vivi, Freya.

All level 99, both Zidane and Freya hit with 9999 (with treasure chest (I think that's what it's called, been years since I played it)and dragons crest respectively)
Vivi and Dagger hit in the high 6,000's I think using Flare and Ark (sometimes Bahamut) respectively.

That's the only team I've ever used to complete the game, but I've only completed it once...

On my first game, I think I was using Zidane, Dagger, Vivi and Steiner during the Memoria, although I switched Vivi to Eiko during the final battle. My levels were probably around 60-70 for the first four, and maybe around 50 for Eiko.

On my second game, I used Zidane, Dagger and two out of Vivi, Freya and Steiner. Vivi has Doomsday (does a lot of damage and heals everyone), Steiner has Climhazzard and Shock, and Freya has Dragon's Crest. Freya's especially good in the final battle because Dragon's Crest will always do 9999 damage even if the boss has cast Protect and Shell, or even if you've been hit by status ailments. On this 2nd game, Zidane and Dagger were on level 99, the others were on levels 70-80+.
