Aeris would be a caramel bar. yummy.
Cloud would be a ring pop.
Barret would be the cherry on top of the ice cream.
Vincent would be a chocolate-covered banana.
Tifa would be butter.
Cait Sith would be a double chocolate chip cookie.
Cid would be the Snap, Crackle, Pop Rice Krispies.
Sephiroth would be a pizza hot and fresh straight out of the oven.
Red XIII would be tacos.
