Jeet Kune Do isn't a martial art, Jeet Kune Do was Bruce's philosophy. His fighting style was an amalgamation of various fighting styles he studied which he stripped down and took only the most useful parts and ideas of and incorperated them into his own stripped down base martial art which was Wing Chun kung fu.

Anyway, In a fight Bruce Lee could destroy Jackie Chan. There's no comparison to anyone, Bruce has been arguably the best martial artist of all time.

Filmwise, Jackie Chan's films destroy anything Bruce ever made.
