    FFXIV Character

    Patroclus Menoetius (Sargatanas)

    Default

Yoko Kanno, Yuki Kajiura, Nanase Hikaru (Chrno Crusade) and Sasaji Masanori (Loveless).

I also found out that Sayonara Solitaire was written by Kajiura...I had to look up the composer of Chrno Crusade because none of the mp3's I had had the artist on it...

Oh yeah! He is quite good. He wrote a song called "Spells" that's awesome.

Who is Kenji Kawai? I noticed a few people listed him Could anybody tell me what a few of his best are? =O

Bleach, Cowboy Bebop and Hellsing are by far the best ones Ive heard. Every last track is amazing.

I haven't heard anything that even compares to Cowboy Bebop. There are other great soundtracks out there, but it rises so far above the average it's amazing. Blows away anything else Yoko Kanno's ever done, not to mention stuff by artists.

Of course, I like some other soundtracks too. Hellsing's is pretty damn good, and I love The Pillows (from FLCL). Their music is a lot better without the lyrics, for sure.

I like Shoji Yamashiro's work, he did the soundtrack for Akira, which in my opinion, has the greatest anime soundtrack.

And like alot of you already said, Yoko Kanno is great. Macross's score was his best work.

Most music by Yoko Kanno, Yuki Kajiura, Taku Iwasaki, Nobuo Uematsu, and Yoko Shimomura is quite good.
