Capcom is more of an action game company.
Usually when a new release is in the bargain bin at GameStop I try to stay away from it.

A terrible, wretched experience. Don't even look at it directly.
It's pretty bad... I played it for a while and I really wanted to like it because it has a scene when you fight in a bikini. Any game that has a hot girl fighting in a bikini warrants a look in my book, but this game really sucks. It controls terribly and is very repetitive and boring. For a game that uses a similar fighting mechanic (the right thumbstick for attacking), try Rise to Honor. I actually thought that game was pretty fun.
