Joke banners get through but ones people worked hard on didn't? That's kinda insulting and makes this look like a popularity contest if you ask me.

What, there's no joke banners. Ed's banner is not really a joke banner, if that's the one you're aiming for. A banner doesn't always have to be three FF characters blended with various details, but I don't see Ed's banner winning in the end anyway. I don't see it past this round, actually. All of the really good ones made it through to this round, and the ones who didn't get this far were never going to win in the end anyway. I don't know 'bout everyone else, but I'm voting for the banners I like, not the banner makers.

I'm not insulting you, ed, its just, its not the right size, its the wrong colors, and theres no creativity in it, so if it is indeed your best work, I apologize, but I find it hard to believe that its a serious banner for a competition when I saw plenty of others that got the cut in the last round.

It isn't the same size because it was the exact one I submitted last time and I think the restriction might have been a bit different then.

No creativity? Effort I can understand but outside of aisle_s and maybe a couple of others they all use the same exact colors and style.

Also this banner has been offically used on the site before...even it was just because they were doing an upgrade
