Get out of my dreams; get into my car!
So, last night I was standing under my (two-car) carport when I thought to myself, "Did we expand our carport without me knowing it??" Then a girl ran past who had appeared before, when I realized I was dreaming.
As I usually do as soon as I become aware, I lifted myself into the air, and started flying. I flew down my street, but all of the houses were gone, and to the left of the street was a huge "Niagara waterfall-like scene." Passing that, I made a left turn above an adjacent street, and it was suddenly dusk. There were the impressions of the usual buildings and other urban scenery below me, but it was pretty ambiguous. Suddenly, I saw a billboard that read "FACADE" so I decided to fly through it: it worked (that's cool because when I tried something like that in the past I woke up immediately).
The dream continued, though, and I came to a surreal, FFX inspired (go figure, right?) garden scene. I landed, and tried to enter a large building (think Zanarkand boathouse design) off to the side, but I couldn't get in. So I decided to go up to the roof and started scaling the terraced wall. Then I thought to myself, "I can fly! Why am I climbing?" So I rose up to the roof, which apparently wasn't the roof, because it opened into a restaurant. It wasn't very busy. I saw an attractive girl walking by and....well, I won't go into the rest of the dream, but, suffice it to say, what happened next was the inspiration for the thread title...
After that I woke up.
