I had white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies a couple of days ago. I rarely have deserts with my food. Generally I can get by with no treats in a whole week.

But QUESTIONS: How is making a thread about sweets gonna help with your diet? Won't it just make you crave it more since you're seeing all the tasty things others are eating that you can't?

I ate a small Daim bar yesterday. I like chocolate and sweets, and they don't make me fatter at all, but I still rarely eat them. To be frank, I've sometimes got a chocolate bar or two for Christmas, and by the time I got them eaten, it was July or so.
