I have a huge doubt!

My computer blew up and a techincal fixed it but he had to install the programs again and instead of Microsoft Front page he installed Microsoft publisher... I trained for a while and I made the index page pretty well... but there's a problem! How can I put the HTLM codes on the page to make my website? I send the file but when i open it, it opens also the program Publisher!

How can I make a website with publisher, if I can make one?
