Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

Well this port may pale to the SNES version, but give me twenty minutes with it and I'll be right there in it.
You know, I would liek for some way to control Desperation Attacks a bit more. More alla FF VIII. If your characters HP is in critical, there's this -> When you point on attack and then yo ucan choose to use the Limit Break. But of course, no aura spells in VI please.![]()
I just would like that better. I never saw a Desperation Attack, I didn't even know they existed until after I played VI.

And I'm referring to the fact that even though Umaro didn't come from another game like Gogo or Squall, he's still not a story character like Terra and crew

So it's only a half-burn.
True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
Controlled desperation attacks, why? They are far too rare to rely on anyway.
If you want them to appear more often, then I don't really agree to that either. It's not like FF6 is hard, after all.
I'm looking forwards to the new content, but as with all other Advance versions, it will probably have poorer audio quality, which is a shame in a game with as good music as FF6 has.

HOLY CRIZZAP!
Kurt, one of our staff writers, found some possibly juicy details about Final Fantasy VI Advance. We say possibly because this information was discovered with the help of cheating devices. Apparently General Leo can be resurrected at the cost of the Phoenix magicite, once resurrected Leo can join your party. Back when Final Fantasy VI (aka Final Fantasy III in the USA) was released there was a false rumor about resurrecting Leo by finding an extra dragon in the dinosaur forest. After spending many hours slaying Tyrannosaurs Rexes the rumor was proven to be false. As a surprise, Emperor Gestahl’s ghost is a new playable character. To obtain him you need to track down the “master crown”. In battle Gestahl has a “summon” command as his ability, this command differes from using magicite since it is part of the four battle menu commands. Also we now know how Gilgamesh can be found in Final Fantasy VI Advance. First you have to buy the “excalipar” sword at the auction house then bet the blade at the coliseum. After a quick fight Gilgamesh will challenge you and if you win you earn the Gilgamesh magicite. Check beyond the break to see more pictures of Leo & Gesthal and a video of a FF6 party battling Gilgamesh.
HOLY CRIZZAP!
Plus if you click on the link, there is a video of a battle with Gilgamesh!

This is too cool.![]()
Maybe if you stay at an inn with Gogo in the party, he'll have a dream about how he became Gogo.
