Ashley has left the building and she is not coming back. No offense to anyone, but this forum is annoying, the rules are stupid, and it sucks.

Our avatar filesize limit is only 6 kb and 60x60 pixels. Yours is 32.4 kb at 100x100 pixels. It's going to be pretty tough to resize that to fit this site.
Your sig is also way over all of our limits: height, width and filesize. So, I will be removing it for you. Read the sig restrictions that are posted above the sig field and PM me or another Knight/Admin if you do not understand them.
