Tellah "borrowed" it from Strago so he could travel from Damincyan to Mt. Ordeals. He crashed into the door leading to Yang's, Edward's, Palom's, Porom's, and Cid's ultimate weapons and the door got covered in rock. After that Tellah left the bike which was now on fire to block the entrance of Mt. Ordeals which is why there's fire in front of Mount Ordeals which Palom has to put out.
That old guy reminds me of my own grandpa...yeah he used to ride a bike too until my grandma took it from him.
It's just conceptual artwork.
Anyway, look forward to the new Strago racing game in FFVI Advance. It'll be similar to Arche's 'Ridge Racer' type game in Tales of Phantasia PS1[/badjoke]
