You need Grand Charms and Arach's. Skills can go as high as 60 on Battle.net. Possibly crafted Gloves, but I wouldn't count on it. I should really train my new Frenzy Barbarian, it would own you in a duel!

Here's the equips I can think of for a max in summoning skills:

Arm of King Leoric (+2 summoning/raise skele mage and +3 skele mastery/raise skele) we'll say +5
Darkforce Spawn/Boneflame +3
Summoning Circlet/Coronet/Tiara/Diadem +3
Summoning Ammy +3
Enigma/Chains of Honor/Bone/Trang Oul's Scales +2
Arachnid Mesh +1
2 SoJ +2
Hellfire Torch +3

That's +22 so far. You can fit 9 more grand charms in your inventory which will take you to +31.

Annihulus (SC) gives +1, and I guess I forgot about Torches (LC), which give +3. It's also possible to craft gloves and boots, but these are extremely rare. As far as Summoners go, Marrowwalk Boots (which Nominus has because of me), give +2 to Skeleton Mastery. Oddly enough, this item build also has a good +res.

You can only have one Torch on you, just like Annihulus and Gheed's, correct?

Yes. One Anni, one Torch, and one Gheeds per character. They can be traded using the Trade screen, as well.

I like that, people used to get scammed SO bad when it was I'll drop then you drop; or you drop then I'll drop and we'll run around the corner at the same time to grab the items. lmto, hearing about that was funny! :cD

I always remedied that by having a third friend grab both items, and give them to each person as proper.
