Well then it was obviously duped, and perm doesn't really perm it forever, it can still disappear, you shouldn't really hold HR's and you should use them as fast as possible, or not trade for them at all and just go for the item you're trying to get with the runes. Thats why I said trading 50 Pgems for a SoJ is a big risk.
