I have one of these now
Tav and I seem to be clones in how we organize our items, both in our inventory and stash.
I always make sure that my Anni and Torch are in the middle of my inventory, so that I don't accidentally sell or drop these items.
Charms are grouped together based on type. All my MF are clustered together, as are my Life, Res, FHR, etc... The only time this is broken is when I jam my Torch and Anni in the middle of it all.
The tome of tps is always tucked away on the left side of my inventory so that I can quickly call up my inventory, right-click the tome, and travel on home. I could call up the skill select, but I found out that it is less distance and requires one less click to simply right-click my tome. I could hot-key my tome of tps, but that's something I don't want to do - I generally am not in need of retreating, but rather in need of returning to Cain.
On characters that have a naturally slow casting animation - such as the Amazon - I place 4 tps in my belt to avoid the casting animation. Very handy when retreating or simply cannot suffer the slow animation.
The cube in generally empty so I can carry polearms and other large items without any hassle. My inventory is chalk-full of MF charms, so carrying my cube is something of a must. Once I return to town and Cain has identified my items, I either place them in stash, load them off in some random Normal game, or sell them. New characters seem to like anything with a gold or green title, if even its useless.
Due to the nature of my MFing, I commonly fill up within 30 minutes. Although, I expect this will become increasingly slower as I gather more and more items.
My estimate as of right now is that I have around 200+ items.
EDIT: Wooo! Found a Highlord's, Gheed's, and a Stormlash within three runs.
