The Assassin has most of them IMO
She does have quite a few shoved in there. I think the Barbarian has the most filler myself. There's like 3 useful warcries in that entire tree. Increased Stamina? Jump? Double Swing? Almost all of his skills are just crappy versions waiting to be replaced by something better
