What monsters drop 4 slot empty armors?

Alot of them. You'll have a better chance of finding them being dropped in the Omega Ruins when you fight Adamantoise (but not Inside Sin, for some reason). Many of the Monster Arena enemies drop four-Os armors and weapons, as well as being sold by Wantz in the South entrance of Macalania Forest (the Thunder Plains entrance).

You can also buy them from Wantz at the thunder plains side of Macalania Woods.

Yeah best place to get them is from Wantz at Macalania. Depending on how much money you gave O'aka throughout the game they'll range from 75,000 Gil to 125,000 Gil (not exactly sure though...)

Anyone sure? I quit giving O'aka money at all, because I didn't see any real reason for it...however, if what you say is true, MM, then I'll have to reconsider.
