I saw some picture of some starving kid eating out of a camels anus. I'm serious. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen.

No actually it isn´t but it´s a fact know you can tell everyone that your general culture as increased.

But yeah it´s because of the hole health issue it´s pretty bad.

Lack of medical advancements are the reason. Diarrhea can cause death in a lot of underdeveloped countries.
