Like it's saying "Oh the pirates are winning, sod it we can't beat them so lets join them." I Bet you came on this forum, saying you love one game in the series better than any other, then in the future will be somehow absolutely shocked if SE went out of business after preaching piracy, thens still confused as hell as to how they went bust.

That's the thing, people who buy the game are better than people who steal the game with no intention of paying, it does make them better people.Give up trying to think your better for waiting and/or complaining about people who download it, it dosen't make you a better person.
Yeah, i've downloaded it, but i'm sure as hell it'll cost me £40 next year and i'll be sure as hell to prove it.
FF RULES! BUY THE GAME!
1st - Saying that somebody who buys computer games is a "better person" is the silliest statement that was ever made over these boards, that also includes FEs theories. If the person cannot afford buying the game, is he a bad person? Or is he a bad person if he sends those 40 bucks to some starving kid in Africa? In the very worst case, that money will go to saving some other company from going bankrupt. If you consider buying a game a personal achievement enough to be "a better person", do you also think that SE will get more money from that person if he never played the game in the first place? Overlook your terminology.
2nd - Please, do not start with "if everybody did that" story. I could just as well say that "if everybody" gave money to charities, there'd be no hunger in Africa, or "if everybody" was honest, there'd be no crime. That statement is the worst thing one can possibly say to defend his position, since nobody is like everybody else.
3rd - And last but not least, do not place the FF fans in St Maria's shoes. If somebody downloads the game, it's his personal business. He takes the risks; he'll the one to cope with possible conciqueces. Stealing from multinational companies is hardly a grand sin. If you buy the game, great, if you download it, fine, it's your own business and there's barely any point in preaching morale where there is none.
To finalise, I did not and will not download the game, simply because I do not have a PS2.
PS: If you look at the very start of the post, you'll find out that it was simple question of whether the rumours are true or false. I do not believe that the author intended to run a hate post against pirates.

Currently on my 17th hour, the person who leaked the game is a smurfing god.
Ive noticed my characters all are rather samey, not a problem but the License board dosent give each character much individuality. My only critism so far. So far this game is shaping to be one of my all time favourite FF's, its just that good.
I approached it as he had repeated where i said, then correcting me by name where he lived in canada by saying B.C. which no matter where, isstill in NA, bringing on the dummy comment.what he means is, yes he is from canada. but from a small area that will not get the game the day it comes out. not that he doesn't live in north america. nor does he mean "nah".Hows that?i think you'll find you are the dummy
Misinterpretation is al it is.
It is really good, i'm up on the 45hr mark but done alot in that time. Almost opened every license for Penelo's top section. My 3 main characters are almost level 50 and apparently not half way yet.
Story is developing really nice right now as with all FF games and thickens every second, with more background to characters developing, wonderfully architecture to buildings, peoples, battle areas, which by the way, can take a while to walk across but it all good, gives you the chance to level up, get some LP, EXP and loot.
That's i can say without spoiling it.
7 days now, for people who are waitng and i sugest you get a mop to wipe the druel up off the floor. :d
