This is so one-sided it's barely even funny.

Firefox is the best browser to use with Windows. I cannot speak for Mac or Linux or any other OS, but if you use Windows, you use Firefox, or you are failing

My uni's computers are uniformly equipped with IE.

Edit: I cannot speak as to the quality of Opera. Thus, it is not included in my above statements.
