My guess would be that your average DM listener doesn't pay that much attention to lyrics. A vocalist in death metal is essential, but I couldn't care less what he sings about (although that goes for all forms of music). I never understand why people dislike bands because they sing in a language or a manner that they cannot understand. If they want lyrics, they can go read a poem.Originally Posted by Novaris
