Is Cyber-Sex Infidelity?

Today, your friendly neighbourhood Devil Man was reading a tragic (yet tragically hilarious) story in his newspaper.

A woman was divorcing her husband. Her reason? When she and her young 7 year old daughter came home from doing grocery shopping, she went into the Living Room/Lounge and caught her husband butt-naked and doing the Satan's-Handshake in front of his computer screen :chuckle:

That's right. He was Bashing the Bishop. He was Spanking the Monkey, all in front of his webcam for his lady-friend on the other side of the Atlantic. So wifey decided to divorce him on the grounds of infidelity.

So what do you think? Does cyber-sex count as infidelity (despite no mixture of bodily fluids actually occuring)? Would you dump your girlfriend/boyfriend for doing sinful deeds over a keyboard?

Yep, it counts, and this is kinda pathetic but it's actually happened to me before when I had an online relationship when I was like 14. My guy had cybersex..... with a guy.... it upset me quite a lot.

If they're doing that with them, why? >_> They obviously suck.

The only way I don't think that it isn't indidelity is if it's a game that a couple is playing together... otherwise, I would really be hurt if my partner had cyber-sex.

I personaly wouldn't call it cheating, its not realy that different as if he was watching porn. But then it really depends on the argreement between the two. In this case the wife obviously wasn't ok with him doing it, so it does count as infidelity.

Not only is it cheating, it's a really sad kind of cheating that can't really be considered worth the risk.
