    According to what I have read and seen EKo and Locke are alive but Eko is deaf and Locke has lost his voice. Charlie appears to be slightly deafened.

    And the Swan is gone.

    Jack has... met one of the others in the real world but he does not know it.

    Also Ethan has been rumored to return sometime in the season, probably in a flashback.

    This is all small words from the TPTB. (producers, etc) They could all just be foilers.
