I've totally forgotten the story of KH 1 and 2, but I remember the villain from the first one being better.
Aren't they the same exact thing more or less? I like all of Nomura's many silver-haired villains! I could never choose

I can't really choose. I did like Xemnas' final boss fight a bit better though, even though it was relatively much easier, just seemed fun with all those laser bullet dodging and having Riku fight with you.
Ugh, can't choose, where's the "Both!" option? XD

Ansem himself was cool, but when i had to fly to fight his other form, i didn't care for that.
Xeanhort was a cool bunch of fights, from the 1-on-1 in front of the skyscraper, the odd dragon form that was about as fun as the gummi missions in KH1 but had awesome background, to the final fight with him. I liked Xeanhort better.

Ansem. He had better rants, rants are very important to me.
I think the fight with Xemnas was cooler, with the many stages, and the fighting with Riku, but i think Ansem (or Xehanorts Heartless) was a cooler guy. He looked like a mix between Sephiroth and Guildenstern from Vagrant Story (Both extremely cool bad guys), wheras that Zebra coat Xemnas wears in the last battle was a bit weird, in my opinion. The look is extremely important, i think.
