search.yahoo.com = fast loading for those who complain about www.yahoo.com
Yahoo!: Offers suggestions for refining your searches, better display for results, better result ordering*, lets me know if I have new emails, option to display pdf files as html files, better category system, direct link to audio/video searches, local searches.
Google: Far less advertising. I also use Google News for email updates. Faster loading, although this is noticeable on my connection so it doesn't matter to me. The difference in size between search.yahoo.com and www.google.co.uk is minimal.
* come on, Google - "finalfantasyeternal.com/" ahead of "Eyes on Final Fantasy - The Largest Final Fantasy Resource Online"? Please!
