I can't judge FF11 as I've never played it (I want to though- TaruTaru look SO cute! ) but with WoW, I've never had any problems with other players. Runescape has the most jerks in it, hands down.
But, mainly, if you're nice to other people, they'll be nice to you. Sure there are some dickheads there, but there are some in every game.
