The Bouncer
so far, i have not beaten this game yet, but hope to soon.
it took me a while to get used to the battle system, but after a while i got the hang of it, its pretty fun, i like the story line, and Sion is a BABE! lol
anyway, sooooo.....does anyone else like this game??
I haven't played it in ages, but I do remember beating it in its entirety. It was quite enjoyable.
yeah i need to play it again soon, im at the part where i just saved Dominique for the first time, and those freaken robots are kicking my ass!!!!! grrrness to the evil robots! lol but sofar, its loads of fun!! ^_^
I had a lot of fun with it when it first came out. It gets a bad rap for being the type of game it is, which is unfortunate because it's really enjoyable if you just take it in for what it is.
Wasnt The Bouncer a really early PS2 game? (Cause where I live it still costs 50.00)

It was good, but WAY too short. Fun for multiplayer, too. And Volt had a "no" symbol with a Cactuar in it on his jacket, for "no escape" and that made me laugh like a maniac when I first saw it.
If you skipped the cut-scenes the game could be beaten in just a little over an hour. It was decent though, but not great by any means.
Edit: Also if you could actually interact with the objects in the backround, it would have made the game much better.

The actual gameplay needed some work for the kinda game it was though.

I absolutely hated this gameI regreted buying it =( I thought it was boring to play and far too short. Then again, I don't really like beat-em-ups, so my opinion on the whole thing probably doesn't hold much weight.
I had alot of fun with this in 7th grade.
it was the first game i had for the PS2 (until my brother sold it). i liked the versus mode more than story mode (and it was too short for comfort). however, i always remember it for having one of the best graphics that surpass other games. i also think it has a good music score...
I completed it a good few times when it was first released. It was my second PS2 game. But I havent played it since its release.
