I can't log on from my pc???

I haven't been able to sign on or get on the forums at all from my computer, I keep getting some message saying I've been blacklisted from the site and that I should go to this website to "unlist"(something like that) myself from the site but when I click on it, it's in some foreign language. Can anyone Help me? I'm using Genji's computer right now and I can log in without any trouble but when I go on my computer I can't even view the forums, logged on or not.

It's not working for him. I'm talking to him on AIM and he tried it. He's not listed on any of the sites. Any other suggestions?

I'd imagine it was a timeframe thing. It hasn't happened to me, but I assume they'd only blacklist an IP for a short period of time.

It's currently set to 3 hours It'd be nice to know how you solved the problem though, e.g. how you cleaned your machine or fixed some other settings
