How are the two games related? I've played through CT many, many times, and I've played a great deal of CC. (SPOILER)Serge has turned into Lynx, Kid has died, etc...

I know that in one seen you see some quickly flashed pictures. They seem to be pictures of Lucca from CT, but drawn by a little kid or something...

So other than that, how are the two game connected?
