How the smurf is Viagra cheating?

Is it cheating for some diabetics who suffer complications due to their condition to take something that allows them something that most people already have naturally? How is it cheating for older males? Or how is it cheating for men that just can't manage to arouse themselves to that particular point? I fail to see how medication is considered cheating. If anything, it's solving a problem without guilt or any other real serious health complications other than rare instances.

I would probably take some medication.

That, or what MILF describes.
