Accents You Have Trouble Understanding.

Although I'm normally quite good at communicating with others, I sometimes have trouble understanding certain accents and dialects over here in good old Blighty (Great Britain). Scottish and Indian accents are virtually impossible for me to understand, although I do try very hard. I also have trouble with the 'Liverpudlian' and 'Geordie' dialects/accents. Don't get me wrong, I don't disapprove of or dislike the aforementioned dialects/accents, I simply cannot understand them very well at all.

Scottish can be somewhat difficult to understand at times. There's also a southern accent (called "Sønderjydsk" in the native tongue) in Denmark that can be extremely hard to understand. Those are the only ones I can think of right now.

I have trouble understading the Indian accent too. There are Indians in my street and I feel really bad when I can't make out what they're saying.

I have trouble understanding Northern Californians. The hippie dialect uses a lot neo-liberal slang. It's quite repulsive.

Very strong Indian accents can pose me a bit of a problem, but I don't normally have any trouble understanding people with accents.

Scottish and Indian for me. Personally at the moment, I cant stand anything Scottish. No offence to Scottish members!
