Congrats!

My first was Ben when I was about 14, we met on the net so it was kinda an internet thing I guess but we did meet and stayed together a couple of times... so I definately see him as my first proper boyfriend.

All the "first love" type things we did together were really special.. and even if both of us probably had a completely unrealistic naive view of love back then... it doesn't matter. Once we spent a couple of hours just standing under a willow tree in the rain. We may have been young and just happy to be with our first person but...it was still special.

We're still friends and he texted me just last night. He's with a guy now, and has been with him for about...5/6 years?? But I love how 7 years later we are still in touch and I can tell him anything. Plus he may be gay now but he says I'm his favourite girl in the world. ^_^ It's great that we can be like this now. I always really appreciate that we are still in contact cos that can be difficult after breaking up.

He kinda feels like the big brother who I don't always speak to but I know is there now. First love is sweet, yeah.
