An excruciating long and detailed explanation on whatever subject I am asked about. Usually with visual aids.

I'm going to assume this is a typo and that you didn't just say you lie to your godson because you can't bear lying to him.
This, of course, leaves the question of which "lie" was a typo, though.

Usually it would be a younger sibling or a cousin, I would say "I'll tell you later," or "I dunno," but secretly hope they find out in other ways. I'm not really good at having these "talks".

explain in a sensibile manner, plus tell them its for grown ups and alot of bad dieses can happend to u if you do it, i would advice you show them some pictures of what could happend, not to graphical dough or youll turn them into a wierdo when they're older, reasons.. well you know that

    I'd tell them straight.

Either they take it, or they don't.

    "THATS LIFE" you tell them

I like living in world without pussies(metaphorical, not the body part), I tell it to them straight.

I can't say I've been in the situtation often, but if I was with my kids in the future, I would probably have to tell a small lie or divert their attention. I believe that we should try not to cause these situations though.

Santa Claus, for example; all that charade ends in is little kids being upset. Why do we maintain that situation? I'm going to make sure not to start it with my kids; somehow I won't introduce Santa Claus, while ensuring that my kids won't ruin the beleif for their classmates.(I'm not sure how I'm going to do that though.)

I have a very funny story saved somewhere about this subject, but if I posted it, I would get the post snipped most likely.

As for the question, nope, never been asked that, as both my brother and I just read about it in books. To hell with asking someone and getting crooked answers because were not old enough, we figured wed just look it up ourselves xD (And when I looked it up, it was like O_o)

Whenever my 9 year old brother asks I tell him that he's too young to know or that he'll find out when he's older. Then I tell him to ask dad.
