Default Good gravy, who could this be?

So, I recently came upon what seems to be the strangest male voice I've ever heard. I can't understand anything he's saying, but he can hit some major high notes. O_o The song's groovylicious, too.

    Here it is.

Basically, I just want to know who this is. Might anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Didn't your mother ever tell you, you can't believe everything you see on TV.

I'm pretty sure that's not his voice...whoever he is.

Brian: "If I remember correctly, this is the Physics Department."
Chris: "That would explain all the gravity."

I'm assume'n that since he is russian On Epa Norm may either be the title or the artist name (most likely song title) ... but alas i cannot even find anything on google >.<

    ***EDIT***

Yes, it's Vitas. The song on the video everyone is watching is "Onepa." You can purchase it here:

Chuck Noblet: Can anyone tell me the tragic irony of the Trojan War? Tina? Tina: Um, that horses are friendly creatures yet a hollow, wooden one was used to destroy Troy? Chuck Noblet: Wrong and no. Anyone else? Chip? Chip: That the mighty warrior Achilles was killed by a small cut to his ankle. Chuck Noblet: Chip is wronger. OK, here it is. The tragic irony of the Trojan War is that though it was fought over Helen, who was young and beautiful, by the time they rescued her ten years later, she was old and ugly. Tina: But wasn't recovering the king's wife reward enough for the Greeks? Chuck Noblet: Tina, an ugly woman is never a reward.

    From what i have read

    from wikipedia

Vitas (born February 19, 1981), is a Latvian-born Russian pop singer, composer, actor and fashion designer. He is most commonly known by his first name Vitas, or Витас in Russian.

He has a distinct unique style in his songs and music videos. He produces music with a wide range of genres- from eccentric techno music to classical opera.

He has also made a mark on Russian television; and in the future, he is expected to become more recognized around the world as he is planning to sign contracts in countries/areas such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. From 2005, Vitas' MV "Opera#2" has been forwarded frequently by Internet in Asia and Vitas has become popular and famous in Asian market.

It's not that unbelievable that what's heard it his real voice, in my opinion, and I'm quite confident that it is.

I like Queen, but i have a friend who has a friend and they are the rudest queen fan i think i have ever met. Now everytime i listen to them i think of that deuche bag ... it leaves an unsavory taste on my palate.
