Willing and Able to Pay for Drinks?
Is it just me, or is the price of drinks going up astronomically? I can't believe that $1.25 is the normal price I find on vending machines today. How much would you be willing and able to pay for a drink? Say, of lemonade? You know, just curiously. Like how much you pay at a restaurant or something.

I don't drink much besides water, so I'd have to be pretty thirsty to pay for it.I think 50-75 cents is fair for a drink machine, and if it's at a restaurant where you get free refills, maybe $1.50-2.00.
I paid $5.00 on the Las Vegas strip for a 20 oz. Sprite that got stuck in the machine.
I pay a $1 for a drink all the time. If I'm thristy, I drink. I don't mind paying a dollar (.67 pounds) for a drink, I think it's alright. Of course, when I want a drink, I'd like to buy cases so that I get more for less.

A bottle of coke is 13 kroner in vending machines. Slightly higher than 2 dollars.

I dont know if the drinks here in the UK have gone up cause I havent been out for a drink in a while. But I rarely buy drinks, I make other people get them in
1.00 for a can of coke on average. 1.50 for a bottle. a case of 12 cans is uaually 4.00 at the grocery store unless it's on sale for 3.00, which is when i buy large amounts...coke takes a long time to go bad.
I paid £1 for a can of Coca Cola yesterday.
The huge bottles used to be 65p, never mind the cans!

I would never, ever pay more than a dollar for a bottle or can of soda. That's just insane.
The half litre bottles are 85p where I am. I can get Pepsi Max for 45p at the same place though.
