Can Sora actually fight without any weapon?
In KH2, when Sora first met Seifer, they were about to fight. Rather than taking out weapons (until the tournament guy told them to), Seifer and Sora just raised their fists. I wondered: Can Sora actually fight with just his fists and no actual weapons?

To answer the threads title short,sweet,and to the point:No.
If you're asking if Sora can move his hand with force and connect his knuckles with someone's face I'm sure he can. But that hand of his is no keyblade of course.
If you're asking if in the game you can get rid of his weapon and fight without it during the battles, then no.

That sounds about right. About the first question, though, Sora went through parts of the Hollow Bastion with a wooden sword in the original KH. Although he couldn't physically do much damage at all, he still kept all his special abilities, such as being able to fly (or glide), jump high, use magic etc.Originally Posted by LunarWeaver

That's exactly what I was gonna say! Better get Tifa over here to teach Sora how to fight with his fists!
And I remeber him fighting with a wooden sword in HB in KH1. In this case, however, I'm talking about him fighting with no weapon at all, simply hitting the opponent with his fists like he appeared about to do to Seifer.
