Yes to a normal member. My guess is that too a more popular member they will let them hang loose a little bit. Let me refrase that. Not a normal member. A lesser known. Arguably, regular can be described as someone who is active and posts just not as high. What I mean are the people that no one really knows. One post can get you bad. But if you were popular you'll have your cat lives.

Well, that's because more popular members are trusted more. For a noob, if they right away start posting a lot of spam and bad things they'll be banned because the CKs and Admin. don't want them to do this a lot, but with more "popular" members, they know that they aren't acting like themselves if they do post horrible things, and they warn them to let them know that they need to stop doing that. Popular members are ones that usually post a lot, and ones that have been here for a long time, so that means the CKs and Admin. know that they know the rules, and expect them to stop. But just because a member is "popular" doesn't give them immunity from being banned instantly. For example, if Levian (sorry to use you in this example Levian!) suddenly posted porn and started cussing everyone out in one post, I'm sure he'd be banned right away, just like any other member.

I do understand you but porn is like an instant ban. Use an example between a more comparable case. Like if Levian (Sorry, lol) started acting like an ass and cranky all of a sudden then he would get a warning but to a new member they would think he's just some kid trying to commit chaos. But I do understand what you're saying.
